Dusty S.r.l. is enrolled in the National Register of Environmental Operators, pursuant to art. 212 of Legislative Decree no. 152/06 (Ministerial Decree no. 406 of 28 April 1998) with the number PA/000397, valid for the following categories and classes:

• Category 1: collection and transport of urban waste: class A; as regards waste on motorways and suburban roads: class C; as regards collection of waste from beaches and shores: class C; as regards mechanised sweeping: class A; as regards collection centres: class A;
• Category 4 – class B: collection and transport of special non-hazardous waste;
• Category 5 – class C: collection and transport of hazardous waste;
• Category 8 – class C: trade and intermediation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste without holding the waste itself;
•  Category 9 – class C: reclamation of sites;
• Category 10A – class C: remediation of goods containing asbestos carried out on the following materials: building materials containing asbestos bound in cement or resinoid matrices;
• Category 10B – class C: activities for the removal of goods containing asbestos carried out on the following materials: friction materials, insulating materials (panels, tiles, paper and cardboard, textiles, sprayed materials, fillers, enamels, bitumen, glues, gaskets, other insulating materials), pressure containers, discarded equipment, other incoherent materials containing asbestos.
