The survey will make it possible to collect, in an anonymous form, a series of useful data for constant improvement and increasingly complete knowledge of the quality of services perceived by users.

In particular, the main objective of the survey is to detect and subsequently analyze the correspondence and functionality of the current management system of the integrated cycle of urban waste with respect to the needs of the user in a perspective of increasing attention to the expected quality.
